What do the numbers tags mean ?

The number in the service name, e.g. [4K], refers to the maximum order in regards to quantity. This is in order to ease the process of placing orders, as the order limits cannot be seen on the order form. The minimum and maximum orders can be found on the services page.

What do '[USERNAME]' tags mean ?

The '[USERNAME]' tag in service name refers to the link format that is required. For example, instead of entering the complete link, e.g. 'https://www.instagram.com/AlphaSocial/', only the username should be entered in the link field on the order form: 'AlphaSocial'.

FAQ | Drip-Feed

- What is 'Drip-Feed' ?

The Drip-Feed option can be used to place a specified number of orders within a given time period without your intervention. For example, instead of ordering a thousand likes at once, the Drip-Feed option allows you to execute ten consecutive orders of a hundred likes with an hour delay between each run.

What does 'Runs' reflect ?

The Drip-Feed field 'Runs' denotes the number of sequences that you would like your order distributed in. For example, an order of a thousand likes can be spread into ten consecutive orders by entering '100' in the 'Quantity' field and '10' in the 'Runs' field.

- What does 'Interval' reflect?

The Drip-Feed field 'Interval' denotes the interval or delay between each consecutive order in minutes. For example, an order of a thousand likes with an hour interval between each run can be executed by entering '60' in the 'Interval' field.

FAQ | Auto Services

What are 'Auto' services ?

These services function by creating active subscriptions, instead of regular orders, which then actively monitor your social media account(s) for new posts. When a new post is registered on your account, an order is automatically placed by the subscription. The automatic services are denoted by 'Auto' in the service name.

Subscriptions can be managed through the 'Subscriptions' tab in the navigation menu. The 'Subscriptions' tab is only visible to those with previously executed subscriptions.

What does 'New Posts' reflect ?

The field 'New Posts' denotes the number of future posts that you would like the subscription to cover. The subscription will be complete once the specified number of new posts has been reached. For example, entering '10' will execute orders for the next ten posts, after which the subscription will no longer active.

The field can be left empty - which is recommended. This creates a subscription that will run indefinitely - unless it is manually paused in the 'Subscription' tab.

What does 'Min' and 'Max' reflect ?

The 'Min' and 'Max' fields denote the minimum and the maximum number of quantity the subscription should send with each order, respectively. For example, to send between five hundred and a thousand likes to each new post, enter '500' in the 'Min' field and '1000' in the 'Max' field for quantities.

The specified range has to be between the minimum and maximum order for the specific service. This information can be found on our services page.
